Subscription and Cancellation Policy

What a subscription includes

An active subscription lets you read every published chapter marked Subscriber-Only, across all series, for as long as it is active. Free chapters, and Subscriber-Only chapters after their unlock date, are free for everyone.

Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly, every three months, or yearly, depending on the plan, and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Introductory prices apply only for the periods stated on the plan.

Free trials

A free trial is available once per account where offered. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken and the subscription continues.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Subscription and billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. You can undo a cancellation until then.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll tell you and retry. You keep access during a grace period of a few days. If payment still fails, the subscription ends.

When a subscription ends

You lose access to Subscriber-Only chapters but keep your account, library, followed series, bookmarks, reading history and progress, comments, reviews and settings.

Plan changes

A change of plan takes effect at your next renewal. We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.

Our right to cancel

We may cancel a subscription immediately for fraud, chargebacks, or serious breaches of the Terms of Service; in other cases we'll refund the unused part of the period.
